KCAD'S REVOLVING LOAN FUND (RLF):
Keith County Area Development (KCAD) operates a revolving loan fund (RLF) with loans available to for-profit businesses looking for capital to purchase, start up or expand an existing business. The loan works in conjunction with bank loans to provide 'gap' financing. The RLF was established in 2017 and has provided more than $250,000 to assist small businesses with transitions, expansions, and new business start-ups.

Criteria:
- Must complete application
- Can fund up to 50% of total cost of project
- Must have bank participation, or bank refusal to participate
- Must be for-profit business
- Must be located in Keith or contiguous county
- Can be for real estate, inventory, equipment, working capital
