Family Medical Center
The Family Medical Center is staffed by one doctor and two PA-C's. They provide inpatient and outpatient pediatric, adult, and geriatric care. They offer in house x-ray and CLIA waived labs, helping to provide a complete spectrum of health care services. Family Medical Center continues to partner with Perkins County Hospital, in Grant, and Great Plains Health, in North Platte.

The Welcov Assisted Living of Ogallala, a 34-bed assisted living center that offers several different levels of assistance to residents including respite and hospice care. Other features and amenities include speech therapy, physical therapy, homemade meals, complimentary transportation service, laundry, beauty/barber shop, fitness center and scheduled community outings.

Indian Hills Healthcare Community
The Indian Hills Healthcare Community provides long- or short-term specialized care and services because of a health condition, a change in life circumstances, or a life event such as a surgery or hospital stay. Indian Hills Healthcare Community offers a Transitional Care Unit for patients that will be receiving direct care with the goal of returning to the community. They also offer long term care as well as a memory care unit.
