HIGF Guidelines

The Keith County Housing Development Corporation's Housing Incentive Growth Fund application is open to developers, contractors, and home builders residing in Keith County.

​There are four tiers of grants available, depending on the type of home built and the use of other incentives. 

• up to *$8,000 for new single family home, town home, or multi-plex.
• up to *$4,000 for imported modular homes.

*Either of those incentives would be cut in half if used in conjunction with any other incentive, such as Tax Increment Financing.
