At Keith County Area Development (KCAD), we aim to support economic vitality by broadening access to quality jobs, empowering local businesses, and driving forward-thinking initiatives that elevate our community's appeal, and encourage future growth and prosperity.
Any donation received by KCAD is used to continue our work for community betterment in the areas of housing, first impressions, small business development and other community development projects that improve the quality of life in the Keith County communities.

Since 2013, efforts have been made to facilitate projects that significantly enhance the local economy by increasing property valuations by hundreds of millions of dollars. These initiatives have supported business expansions, transitions, start-ups, and community development projects, all contributing to an improved quality of life in the region. Through collaboration with various organizations, agencies, and governing bodies, substantial grant funding has been secured, driving progress and fostering sustainable growth for the community. |
