• Ogallala Community Redevelopment Authority Tax Increment Financing:  TIF utilizes the increased tax revenues produced by a redevelopment project to assist with the financing of some public improvements associated with that project.
  
  
• Paxton Community Redevelopment Authority Tax Increment Financing: TIF utilizes the increased tax revenues produced by a redevelopment project to assist with the financing of some public improvements associated with that project.  
  
  
• Keith County Regional Economic Development Investment Committee (REDI):  The REDI Committee provides financial assistance for start up and existing businesses that cannot obtain conventional financing. All assistance provided by the REDI Program is through participation in a loan originating with a Keith County commercial lender who sponsors the business/project application.  The REDI Program “participates” in the loan by providing the funds to the sponsoring lender who originates and services the loan.
