About KCAD

• Encouraging, developing and implementing a county-wide economic development plan by working with the chamber, commercial clubs, visitor's committee, City of Ogallala, Keith County, Villages, educational institutions, businesses, and allied agencies to accomplish KCAD's mission;
• Promoting Keith County's resources to enhance economic growth;
• Rendering encouragement and assistance to existing businesses, industries and enterprises to help ensure their continued operation and prosperity;
• Identifying, locating and communicating with new businesses, enterprises and industries best suited to the resources of Keith County;
• Actively promoting specific buildings, industrial sites and/or business parks as locations for existing and new business, industry and enterprise;
• Providing various kinds of assistance to enable successful recruitment of new business, industry and enterprise along with the expansion and growth of existing business, industry and enterprise;
• Helping Keith County citizens to improve employment opportunities, wage base, business volume, tax base, and to enhance the quality of life through the coordination of the economic development efforts of local businesses, institutions and political subdivisions;
• Increasing the skilled labor force for existing and new business, industry and enterprise in the County.

• Bronze Members - $100 per year or more
• Silver Members - $250 per year or more
• Gold Members - $500 per year or more
• Platinum Members - $1,000 per year or more
