  • Continuing to fundraise for Rendezvous Square (current pledges of $29,000)

  • KCAD is saving the CRA (City) $27,600/year in administrative fees ($27,600 X 5 yrs = $138,000)
  • Total investment from Economic Development = $5,333,260 (does not include school bond) Assessed value increase + DTR project + Lakeway Lodge Fundraising + ONBP payback + MPCC + CRA savings
